- The center is dedicated to building capacity for blockchain technology in Africa. It aims to train 10,000 blockchain developers by 2027 to accentuate the pan-African blockchain revolution.

- ABC works with governments and policy-makers in Africa to develop policies that support the adoption and development of blockchain technology. It seeks to create an enabling environment for blockchain technology to thrive in Africa.

- The ABC also offers blockchain as a service (BaaS) to businesses and organizations in Africa. This service allows organizations to leverage the benefits of blockchain technology without having to invest in the infrastructure and resources required to implement it. The ABC's BaaS solution includes blockchain consulting, development, and implementation services.
