What does it take to be successful in Crypto Space? While there are many perks to what this could be, I like to think that the biggest form of knowledge an individual can achieve is the ability to learn and unlearn.

As much as this Article is about me, more of it is about Cryptocurrencies and much of that includes the likely challenges you are currently facing in the space and how I’m here to provide you with the solutions. What knowledge really, do you have about Money? As a Crypto Enthusiast, I’m sure one of the very first things you learnt is ‘fiat money is backed by nothing’. That’s beautiful. As a matter of fact, I’m here to tell you something new, Something more in-depth, something you’re not quite familiar with… what is that? It’s simple. Money as an agenda. We all know Money to be an accepted means of exchange for goods & services, but as the world evolved, that idea also evolved… meaning, you still define money with the definition above, but what money really is today, is an agenda. I’ll throw more light into this perspective and stimulate your cognitive ability on this topic in subsequent writings.

How Crypto Made Me A Better Human Being

HOW I BECAME A MUCH BETTER HUMAN BEING BECAUSE OF CRYPTO.

I started my crypto journey in 2020 November precisely, and as usual I blew a few hundreds of Dollars if not more than a thousand. I used the word ‘usual’ because I’m sure somehow you have encountered this in your earliest years. I was desperate to make something out of myself because somehow, everyone deserted me and I needed to prove something to myself and to them. And somehow it wasn’t my money I lost … yeah you can guess the possible outcome to that… I couldn’t pay back the funds at that time, as a matter of fact I wasn’t even given the opportunity to pay back as I was immediately sent out to be humiliated by the community security personnels.

Long story short…

I had to force my leave after public humiliation, and I was still forced to work out the money to a huge extent in that same location with all the shame.

Fast forward to May 2021, I stepped into the city of Port Harcourt, Rivers Nigeria in search of greener pastures with three shirts and a jean in an old fashioned traveling box, not forgetting the twenty thousand naira that was in my crypto wallet, which was all I had then. So… Somehow, all the clothes I was given were taken away due to what happened, so I literally had nothing… no place to stay either… I found my way around and took shelter at a friend’s place. It was a small room and we were already four living there… and in all that had happened, I still saw Crypto as a lifeline so I refused to give up on it, and decided to look at all the suffering as a sacrifice and price I had to pay for my next level financially. So I decided I was going to continue learning…

Now the real change happened when I resumed learning… I started being conscious to not repeat same mistakes, so with every new thing I learned, I perfected and moved to the next phase of learning…And all through the learning phase, I didn’t pay anyone a dime because obviously, I wasn’t having that kind of money to spare even though I had an intense hunger for the knowledge. YouTube was my university, it’s always been for a lot of other things… so in doing all these, I noticed…

How I took out greed from my life,

How I started taking records of my incomes,

How I started budgeting for expenses,

How I started journaling my trades for weekly and monthly reviews to know what was working and what wasn’t.

It’s been three years already and I’m currently an Admin for the Humanity Protocol (a crypto company) and also, a content creator at NODO.

I’m glad I was able to fight through it all and make it here, and this journey just started.
