2.1. CATALYST ECOSYSTEM GROWTH SERVICE

Our Ecosystem Growth Service is to increase the total community engagement and voting volume and increase Catalyst branding & PR visibility within the pan-African blockchain ecosystem.

Area #1: Support in Increasing Community Voting for Catalyst Fund11(Link)

Community Building & Growth Efforts: We’re open to assisting in significant marketing & PR support, including showcasing thought leadership of the core Catalyst team, showcasing key successful case studies within the continent. In addition, we are interested in boosting community engagement via localisation to African audiences, including the ability to:

Pan-African Ambassador Programme: We will increase Cardano grassroots engagement within Nigeria, Kenya and South Africa with our key ambassador programme which currently has over 15 Ambassadors in up to 5 States in Nigeria and Kenya. Ambassadors will run regular community awareness campaigns about Cardano and onboard new users into the Catalyst voting application.

Verification of Real African Consumers: With our NODO Badge & Wallet system, we target and work closely with community partners and use inhouse proprietary user verification/KYC systems to capture real users, linking both their Cardano address credentials to major WEB2 credentials.

Joint Campaign with Catalyst Token Voting ADA Holders: We will work closely with major Cardano-holding projects and entities partnered with NODO and promote voting with existing ADA holders in the continent to directly approach the ADA holders in Africa.

Localized, High Converting Campaigns: We offer to translate campaigns to major African & Asian languages including Hausa, Nigerian Pidgin Swahili, English, Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean and Japanese if needed.

Online & Offline Events Promotion: In addition to running digital campaigns, we will work closely with the team to run promotional events on X, LinkedIn and/or Cardano
